Conditions.

Effective Date: June 1st, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OK Home Services Inc. and the services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

About Us

OK Home Services Inc. is a British Columbia registered company (Registration No. 793951773BC0001) providing residential and commercial exterior cleaning and maintenance services in Whistler, BC and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. Our services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, holiday and exterior lighting installation, and maintenance plans.

Booking & Service Agreement

Quotes

All quotes are based on property size and service scope provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from OK Home Services via email or message. Submitting a quote form does not guarantee a booking date.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. For exterior-only services, access must be arranged in advance if the property is unoccupied. For interior services, someone must be present or access must be pre-arranged.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maintenance plan clients are billed on the agreed recurring schedule.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of booking.
Late payments may result in suspension of scheduled services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Weather Cancellations

OK Home Services reserves the right to reschedule any service due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, snow, ice, high winds). We will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at no charge.

Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time with no lock-in contract. Services already completed will be billed at the standard rate for that service.

Refund Policy

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work completed, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This is our commitment to you.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

We do not offer refunds due to pollen, environmental debris, or weather conditions following a completed service. Whistler's natural environment means surfaces (particularly windows) can accumulate pollen, dust, or residue shortly after cleaning due to factors entirely outside our control. Our work is completed to the highest standard at the time of service.

No-Show / Access Denied

If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply. No refund will be issued in this case.

Liability & Property Damage

Insurance

OK Home Services is fully insured for general liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not liable for damage to surfaces, seals, frames, or fixtures that were already compromised, aged, or improperly installed prior to our service. We will flag any concerns we notice before beginning work where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

Photography & Content

OK Home Services may photograph or film the exterior of properties before and after service for quality assurance, portfolio, and marketing purposes including social media content. No interior spaces will be photographed without explicit consent. If you do not wish your property to be featured in any content, please notify us in writing before your service date.

Health & Safety

Our crew operates under safe work procedures at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if conditions are deemed unsafe — including but not limited to: unstable surfaces, unsafe roof access, aggressive animals on the property, or hazardous weather.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work environment is reasonably safe and free of hazards prior to our arrival.

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. OK Home Services makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided. We reserve the right to update pricing, services, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
